Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or leaking

  • You received the wrong item

  • The order did not arrive

To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Opened perfumes

  • Used products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Products not in original packaging
