- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not damaged or defective.
- Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect size, or customer preference.
- Products reported after the 7-day window from delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup of the damaged item.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Replacements
Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement for a damaged product. Replacements are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
