  • Products reported after the 7-day window from delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup of the damaged item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Replacements

Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement for a damaged product. Replacements are subject to product availability.


6. Shipping Costs
